The fighters of the 15th Mobile Border Guard Unit "Steel Border" happened to witness a russian soldier's unsuccessful attempt to take a smoke break. At that moment, a shot from an automatic grenade launcher Mk 19 "accidentally" flew and, once again, "accidentally" hit the enemy's explosive barriers directly.
